Offer Sushi catered a surprise 30th birthday party that I threw for my wife. We had 20 people (ages 29-65) and everyone - I mean everyone - raved about the quality of the sushi, the service and the variety. Rayan started us off with a few trays of rolls, sushi and sashimi and when people went up to get some, they were able to order whatever they wanted directly from him. And, to top it off, they clean up meticulously. All in all, I would highly recommend Offer Sushi.

Rayan\'s sushi was the hit of our party! When you consider how much you might spend going out to a restaurant, this service is a terrific bargain. I wasn\'t sure there would be enough food since my friends are all sushi fanatics, but we had to ask him to stop making rolls we were so stuffed! Everything was fresh and delicious, and he made some really creative rolls (I think the firecracker was the best). Really fun time for my guests, plus everything was cleaned up and taken care of for me, so it made the whole event very easy.

I learned about Ryan when I attended a sushi birthday party for a friend. Not only was his sushi fresh and delicious, it was very creative, for weeks after the party it was all I could talk about. When it came time to plan my own birthday my friend said \"You\'ve got to hire that sushi chef you keep talking about!\" Well I did and my party was a huge hit! The sushi rolled out until we were stuffed to the gills. On top of it all Ryan easily accommodated my friends with shellfish allergies. As the evening drew on several of my friends were already talking about planning their own sushi party. I found the fun and elegance of having the sushi made in my own kitchen and served by the chef set everyone at ease. It brought us together in a way that doesn\'t happen at a sit down dinner or a more casual party. I can\'t wait to do it again!

This was one of the best parties we have had!! I was so pleased that Chef Ryan was willing to travel down to New Bedford for my husband\'s 40th birthday. Our sushi making class was so much fun. Ryan arrived on time, extremely organized, and well prepared with a wide variety of ingredients as well as lots of extras. My boyfriend arranged a private sushi class at our house for me and 11 girlfriends. It was fantastic! Chef Ryan brought the freshest ingredients (you absolutely could not tell there was seafood in the house). Everyone got to pick and choose what types of sushi they wanted to try. His homemade spicy mayo is phenomenal :) We loved everything about the sushi night.

What a fantastic evening we had. Rayan is a pure professional. The sushi was creative, beautiful to look at and delicious. He used the freshest ingredients and surprised us with sushi we never dreamed of having (fruits and fish combined). It was so good and he is fun and personable too. If you are looking for an idea for a party, Chef Ryan could be your answer! I surprised my daughter with a 30th birthday party and hired Chef Ryan to provide the sushi (which happens to be her favorite food) and also teach my daughter and her friends how to prepare it. Chef Ryan was a smashing success and he prepared and provided sushi non-stop for almost 4 hours until all of the guests (20 people) couldn\'t eat another bite. I am sure Chef Ryan will get many referrals from my daughter and her friends!

We had a wonderful time having Chef Ryan and his sushi creations as our Thanksgiving warm-up. He arrived on schedule, wrapped everything fresh while we watched, and gave us great variety. We really liked the new fruit and vegetable tastes that were mixed into the traditional sushi. He was responsive to special requests and answered questions cheerfully. Chef Ryan did a great job for my neice\'s surprise 21st birthday. He was well prepared, professional and courteous. My guests raved that it was the best sushi they had ever had and I have to agree! It was fun to watch the skilled preparation and excellent presentation. Certainly made our celebration memorable.

I decided to book Chef Ryan for a sushi gathering to celebrate for my husbands 38th birthday. I was really impressed with his professionalism he even turned up 1 hour and 45mns earlier to make sure that he would have enough time before the arrival of the invitees. The sushi was outstanding and Chef Ryan also created a Sushi Birthday cake so that my husband could blow the candles :-). We will definitely consider booking Chef Ryan for another sushi night again, it was a real success.

I hired Chef Ryan for a bachelorette party and was thrilled with the experience! He prepared delicious sushi until we were stuffed. Chef Ryan is the best! From our first conversation to the minute he left the party was perfect and super easy! He arrived early with all "his gear"-refridgerator and all! He began making yummy unlimited rolls which were devoured by everyone-to the sushi fanatics to the non-sushi easters. I was a bit nervous about the quality of the fish-also because our party was during a heat wave, it was superb, very fresh and kept cold! He was a huge hit, people are still talking.
